When drafting plans, we factor in the topography and grading of the property, where the sun hits, and surrounding views.
Our designers tailor lifestyle needs such as home office, aging in place, entertainment, etc., alongside functional considerations like storage space. It’s often a very iterative phase, as we’re big on including the customer in the custom home construction design process. We may go through a few rounds of diagrams before proceeding so wants and needs are properly balanced!
